We have some exciting news to share! Our salon will soon be closing its doors at our current location as we prepare to move to a new downsized space only 10 minutes away! This is a big step for us, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our new home.

We understand that change can be a bit uncertain, and we want to assure you that we’re doing everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible.

As of now, we’re unsure if our talented staff will be moving with us, but we’ll be posting further updates here with more details as soon as everything is confirmed.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time of transition. We’re excited to keep serving you in our new space, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

FAQ

1. Why is the salon moving?
It is time to downsize and have a more relaxed atmosphere without the current costs.
2. When is the salon moving?
June 28th will be our last working day. We will be relocating the salon for a fresh start as of July 1st, 2025.
3. Will my appointments be affected?
All appointments will be booked around the transition period.
4. Will my therapist be moving to the new location?
We’re still finalizing the details of our staff transition. While we are hopeful that many of our talented team members will be moving with us, we will provide updates on our staff lineup as soon as it’s confirmed.
5. Can I still book appointments during the move?
No, our last day of trade at Curtis Road will be the 24th of June 2025. Our online booking will be off for the week of transition although we will begin accepting appointments at our new location starting as soon as staffing is confirmed.
6. How will I know if my therapist is moving to the new location?
We will keep you updated via our social media channels and email newsletters with announcements about staff changes. If you’re unsure about your therapists status, feel free to reach out directly, and we’ll provide the information.
7. What do I do if my therapist isn’t moving to the new location?
Whilst we will endeavour to service your appointments your therapist may also have availability at their new location, this will be advertised on our social media and email newsletters.
8. Will services or prices change?
Our services and prices will remain consistent as we make the move, but any future updates will be communicated clearly. If any changes are made, we’ll make sure to inform you beforehand.
9. What is the new address?
Our new location will be available in your confirmation emails and our VIP Facebook group. As this is a home location, we will not be making this public at the moment. The location is only 10 minutes from Curtis road and will offer extended hours. We’re excited to welcome you to our new space.
